We went to a few other competitor storage facilities before coming here, and they were BY FAR the best option. Firstly, the staff was very welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. Every other company we went to did not have any human staff on property (regardless of being there during office hours) which was very inconvenient - especially when you have questions or want to see inside of the facility, or even to see what size room you might need. They were also the most affordable option, and the a/c in the climate controlled building was nice and cool. In a time where it feels like there are storage companies popping up on every street corner, im very pleased with our experience here and happy we chose to go into business with this one. Her enthusiasm for customer service and quickness to clear up any confusion and questions we had about the process really made a huge difference.
