I made a reservation to see a storage unit offered at significant savings over what I’ve been paying elsewhere. I spoke with Phil, one of the managers, on the phone and arranged to come in. When I arrived, Phil was ready for me; he was very friendly; and he was very informative and helpful. We got my rental agreement and payment taken care of very quickly, and I was on my way. The facility is very clean and convenient to access. I feel good about recommending this location of Extra Space Storage.
