Rented the unit yesterday and was promised they would remove their lock within the hour. Rented a truck and went back after work to find the lock was still on. Day 2... repeat... get a truck, load up, drive over, unit is still locked up by their green lock. Call their immediate assistance number only to be told they can?t get anyone to answer, they are sorry, but nothing they can do. I ask if I can cut their green lock off, they say that would be property damage. Not good when you are in the middle of a move and have limited time and need to be out of a home. Basically a movers nightmare. I cannot in any way recommend this facility.

I have used this facility for several years, and Brent, the on-site manager is awesome! He took time to answer all of my questions and helped select the best unit for me, based upon the contents I am storing. I have gone several times on weekends and in the evening after office hours and feel very safe. I would definitely recommend this facility, and Brent will be sure to point you in the right direction!
