Switched to this location because another storage company wanted to increase my rate by 40%. This location price was extremely competitive (better than my current rate). We got our renewal this year and the price took a significant jump this year, however when I asked them to validate it, they came back with a very fair price for 2024-25. I am very appreciative and renewing for another year.
