I have had an amazing experience for the past two years at the Extra Space Storage on Virginia Ave in Atlanta, GA. My initial setup was simple, my assigned space (unit 1003) was clean, they provide flat carts for your use, the area was safe, and the access was so easy using the convenient digital access via the app. I was blessed to never have any break ins which I had feared being in the heart of the city. The checkout process was seamless and they didn’t try to charge me an extra month unnecessarily. I will say that the monthly storage rental fee recently jumped up sky high (about $50 increase) but I believe that’s happened across the U.S., not just here. I’ve just closed out as I’m moving out of state but I will definitely look for another Extra Storage Space if I need additional storage space at my new residence.

Excellent Service! Mechelle took care of everything, from assisting us with our lock replacements, to even sweeping out the front of the unit from all the leaves. She really went above and beyond! This is why we have choose to keep our Extra Space here! :)

Tobias is amazing! The reason one has to get a storage unit is usually tied to something emotional.
