Great experience I’m a decorator and the customer service is great. I can call and speak to a live person that’s professional. I did business with public storage for over 12 years and they didn’t care it was always about a payment. I experienced financial hardship no accommodations were made. I was just another number. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a storage company. Those other places have no compassion. Mr. Leo & Mr. Gary cares. ???? I’m in the process of starting a nonprofit and with me looking for a location having a safe secure place where I’m not over charged is a blessing. I thank u all

Leo was very friendly and gave us his undivided attention as he walked us through the facility. He did an amazing job juggling phone calls and multiple clients, he has a magnetic personality, his happiness is contagious even during a rough, tiring day of moving.
