Very nice facility, very nice stuff. Easily accessible with pickup truck and trailer.

Update in 2026: still five stars and I’m back for another rental! Clay got me set up once again. Really happy I chose Extra Space Storage in Bogart. I first picked it because it was convenient to my house. But then there were so many positives--everything is clean, well-lit, and secure. As a female, I'm wary of my surroundings, but I have no worries here. Clay was friendly and super helpful getting me set up and ready to move in. There's even an app with your account information and that opens the gate via bluetooth. I highly recommend!

Been renting a unit since August 2025. Clean unit and great local management! Easy front gate access with their app for after-hours so you don’t have to remember a long code each time. Lost keys to my lock and Clay (onsite manager) has been super helpful with lock-cutting. Highly recommend.

As of 05 JAN: Had some issues getting into the unit after the long trip, but Clay ensured that I was taken care of for the inconvenience. Initial Review: I absolutely dislike moving, but getting my storage unit set up with Extra Space Storage definitely made the process less stressful. Even though I haven’t been onsite yet, I already feel confident in my decision. Clay, the site manager, is super friendly and easy to talk to if you have any questions. I started my quote online and wrapped it up over the phone with a very helpful customer service rep. Great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to finishing the move!

EDIT as of 04 JAN: Unfortunately, I need to update my initial review. After making a 10-hour trip from MD to GA, I arrived at the facility only to find the gate would not open. Earlier that day, I had called the site manager, Clay, to confirm everything was good to go and was told I’d have zero issues. Despite multiple attempts using my access code, the Bluetooth app, and even my sister’s access code, the gate would not open. This was around 7:45 PM and well before the gate hours closed at 10 PM. I contacted customer service after troubleshooting on my own and was told someone from the site would call me back within 15-25 minutes. That call never came. When I called back again, I was told they would try to resolve it by the next day. Around 10 PM, I finally received a call from Clay, but there was loud music in the background and he mentioned he had been out dancing. While he was apologetic, there was no immediate solution or offering for the inconvenience. I texted him the following morning with no response, though the gate did end up working when we returned. Overall, I’m disappointed with how this was handled, especially since I was asked to leave a review before I ever arrived onsite. The confidence I was given beforehand did not match the experience I had, and there was a clear lack of accountability when things went wrong.
