Had to coordinate my company with the rental facility. I, me, was such a pain in the neck for Tammy Barnes and Todd with constant questions and back and forth with them trying to work around my business. They were both super patient with me and the parts that I was ignorant with as well as my questions and walkaround to find a preferred spot for me with two lockers next to each other. Despite my own concerns and issues, they both helped me through the process without judgment or complaint.

After my initial visit I am absolutely amazed and thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received at this Extra Space Storage location, specifically from Rebecca and Tammy. From the moment I called to reserve my unit, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the reservation process. When I arrived, they were friendly and efficient, and they were able to help me quickly locate my unit. They truly went above and beyond.
