My experience with Extra Space storage was phenomenal. I first met with Todd on a weekend and shared with him what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and patient including showing me several options that would work for me. I returned the following Tuesday and worked with Tammy to get a lease in place she was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process including the AP, billing and other facility related information. Every organization would be very well served by having Tammy and Todd on their customer service team.

When I looked at the many storage facilities available, I wanted clean, convenient, safe for my items and safe for me to access. The last criteria was affordable . The Extra Space Storage facility on hwy 20 in Canton exceeded all my expectations . Then came the big bonus , the friendly, supportive staff. Tammy and Jose not only took care of my needs but helped me with the phone app, helped switch to a bigger unit and anticipated needs such as locks, boxes and supplies . I have never reviewed any business. It was a choice, driven by excellent service that warranted my first review.
