Excellent Service from Start to Finish! I was very pleased with my experience at Extra Space Storage. Dasha, the store manager, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She thoroughly explained all of my options, patiently answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and easy. She made sure I was comfortable with my choice and had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and commitment to customer service was truly outstanding. The unit, that I rented was very clean, as advertised. Not only that, but the entire property is well kept, which gave me confidence in the safety and security of the property. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-run storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this one, particularly the Auburn Ave, Columbus GA location. Area was clean. The manager, Dasha, was super friendly and professional! I was confused on where I needed to go to find my unit initially. I called, she guided me & met me at the front. Highly recommend. Units are affordable & very clean!
