John and the Chris’s are good people and will take care of you! Have to say customer support is the better than any you will find. When you call their support line you don’t get an automated message…you get immediate assistance and results…unless your blues tooth lock battery is dead …then you might have to wait a few moments. But with staff on site you aren’t gonna wait long! We really appreciate what Extra Space provides , you will too.
