Today I stopped by Extra Space Storage, unannounced and without an appointment. Upon arriving, my thoughts of being treated with annoyance or attitude for just stopping in, soon turned to being immediately greeted by a sweet lady with a smiling face. She had an energetic voice, friendly and joyful characteristics, but mostly was super welcoming and kind. This lady was the kind of employee that I only wish i would have encountered at many other businesses along the way. I was there to enquire about a sizing and pricing for several different units, that I will be needing to rent in the month of June. I was quite impressed at the knowledge and skill this lady had on measurements and sizing. Being a female myself, this is usually something that i would expect a man to fully know and understand. The property was clean, inviting, and not overly advertised as some storage units would be. I stayed well over an hour with Angela, as she was discussing important details that I would want and need to know to be ready for the move to Extra Space. I wish everyone could treat customers as kind and polite as I experiencesd today. What a wonderful feeling to know that their is still good people in the world who really just want to help.
