Signing up on the rapid rental had an error and we needed to call the storage place to finish up getting the storage unit. Nichole was extremely helpful. She finished setting up the rental and answered all our questions. Not only that, she explained what the code really should be and answered questions we didn’t know to ask. She was brilliant in helping us. We are confident we will enjoy renting from Extra Space after working with Nichole.
