I love Michelle! She is always helpful with someone as just helping me remember my unit number to get in the gate! If I call she always answers fast and I do love that she addresses me by name. She has always made sure to even go out of her way to remind me about payments (I have memory loss and try to act like I dont) even aside from the automated msgs/emails. Forever stand for Michelle!
