The continuous rate increases at the facility are the main reason for the low rating. Long-term tenants should be offered a grandfathered rate with no price hikes. The platform trucks (dollies) are in need of replacement, and there should be more of them available. There are times when I visit and can't find any. On a positive note, the facility is clean, and CJ is fantastic—very knowledgeable and always helpful without being asked. CJ and the customer experience and service get a 6******
