My initial experience with Extra Space was excellent!! I filled out an online reservation & Lori called me within minutes to follow up. She was knowledgeable & made sure she went over all the details with me before I signed the agreement. She also took extra time to show me the units so I could pick which one I wanted. The facility is very clean. Only negatives were the security system is down so I was a little nervous being a female unloading stuff after dark, there were not any carts to carry stuff up, and the elevator was down over the weekend so I had to wait to move stuff in. The elevator was fixed by Monday night & Lori personally called me to let me know . Prices are good & location is convenient.
