I came into the location at a critical time in my life. Andre was truly amazing. He answered all my questions regarding my storage needs. The location was super clean and very secure. He also helped me with packing supplies so if you’re looking for a storage space, Andre is your man he will take care of you.????????????????????

I was in the storage unit and a black man skinny brown skin low hair cut but have patches in his head, he walked inside my unit unannounced without a company logo on his jacket, he didn’t even speak he walked in asking did I have my phone on me I stated yes and he demanded me to write a Google review and I stated “who are you” he rudely said I work here, he never gave me his name so I felt very scared/uncomfortable and he stayed until I did the review. Once I left I called up there to speak with the head manager in charge and they said I am the manager I asked their name they said Tyson rudely so I hung up and they called me back and said they was the manager their name was Dre but sounded like the person I previously spoke with so I hung up. Very unprofessional behavior.
