Extra Space is by far the best storage facility to rent from. they make it extremely easy and bonus points for the Team members always being in the office during their posted office hours (can't say the same for others like public storage). I would not consider using any other storage company for my extra space needs.

The on line reservation and leasing process was easy and quick...and the employees are always polite and helpful each time I see them. Rental rates are best in the Sandy Springs area...and the facility is always clean and well lit.

It’s the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever rented, and staff is great. However, it’s not as good as I’d hoped. Three months after I signed and they’ve already increased the rent by $11/month. There’s never any carts available. Most weekends, moving companies take over the entrances, jam the doors and sometimes even the elevators. Staff is professional and personable, but the company is not treating tenants as well as they should.
