Move-in went fine but would be nice to have more rolling carts in the building and better ones like the Kuawa location. On Sunday, the gates were in operable. Building AC is cool! Great price on unit as well.

The facility is nice and new and the staff was super helpful. We weren’t able to get the app to open the entrance/exit gate but were able to use it to open the building that our unit was in. I wish I had been made aware that I needed to pay for insurance for my items. My monthly pay was higher than I had anticipated. I was thankful for Andrew’s help. He helped to get me checked in and my account paid for, he then helped us to use the app for entrance and again showed us where our unit is. He has excellent customer service.

They have a very clean & upkept facility, their prices are very reasonable & Andrew explained everything I needed to know about setting up my rental account. He was also very pleasant to have a conversation with. If you need Extra Storage Space then go talk to them.

From day one Erin the assistant manager went above and beyond. About a month ago I saw Jasiri when I was at my storage unit. He proceeded to kindly talk store and ask if I needed help. He then kindly carried the carpets in my car to my storage I was not able to. Not until after that did he tell me he was the new General Manager. He told me to always just ask if I needed help with anything. Jasiri and Erin make a dream team. I recommend Kea’au extra storage space to anyone that wants the best customer service. They treat you like you are /Family from day one. Thank you!

It was StoreQuest until recently and new management under ExtraSpace Storage. When it was StoreQuest we were able to drop boxes that we want to be shipped at the front office and they would pick it up. New management removed that service, wish they had an option.
