Jaime at the benchmark location is the most honest well spoken rep, I have had the pleasure of dealing with in quite some time, the customer care and understanding is next level. The rate changes really are not a good business practice my 2 pennies. But the staff is awesome ?? good job!!

Amazing customer service! Jamie is very friendly & professional. She always makes me feel like a valued customer & that she genuinely appreciates my business. Exemplary customer service like that is a rarity these days. My only complaint is how miserably hot it was in the office with the broken AC.

Had a great experience. Access was great, security was great, staff was friendly and helpful, grounds and facilities were well kept. We if have a complaint, it’s that the price kept going up too fast. Brittany in the office was especially helpful trying to keep the price down, but she could only do so much. Other than the cost, I would definitely recommend this facility
