Great experience would recommend

Five stars for the staff at Extra Space Storage. Had some technical difficulties that were passed on to them as they took over the property a few months ago and they have been BEYOND helpful. From the corporate I.T. help, to the quick responses from the property managers, we have been so happy with the quality of service we’ve received so far. It just proves that if you approach people in a polite and professional manner, it goes a long way! Thanks Doug and Shari for all your help so far. I know we will be well taken care of in the future if any issues arise. Highly recommend!!

Great staff! Had a payment issue and they stepped up and got the issue resolved in short order as we were in the office. Have been impressed with the facility, cleanliness, and security since Extra Space assumed management of the facility three months ago. Great move limiting entry hours to mitigate late night entries with questionable activities.

The bathroom is always spotless and the property is always looks amazing! Doug and Missy are very helpful no matter the circumstances and always make sure I’m taken care of at the end of the day! (:

The office person was great! He spent time showing us how all the Bluetooth locks worked, set us up quickly and was friendly and courteous.

Solid staff, love the electronics instead of keys. Decent prices, but look for online deals. Excellent front staff.

Doug is such a shining light answering the phone for starters. Doug was amazing at helping us solve some issues. When it comes to customer service, Doug is the best. We are so grateful to have a personable person to connect & communicate with when it comes to our storage needs.

Doug and Chari at Extra Space Storage have been the BEST ever help, positive, supportive, going beyond requirements of their services. The storage helped alot in time in need . But after the web site change I started having problems with accessing the gate and the unit since it is keyless....went over to access my unit 12/19/24 I couldn't get in the gate it was said to be soft ware update...12/20/24 went to access my unit again couldn't get in the gate. The on site manager was helpful but couldn't fix the problem i removed and reinstalled the app. Twice but still no help . So I will try again . And the story will go on..12/22/24 still having trouble getting in the gate. I deleted app.and reinstalled and still I get to the gate and press gate unlock tab and all it says is connecting thats all...please HELP......number left for help is a fax number....ahhh 12/23 for some reason it works today. Humm don't know whats going on..

Great experience at the records location. With the conversion to the new company, I had two units that I could not get into and needed to get into them within 24 hours because we were moving. Employee there killed it did everything she could to help me work between the two companies and the key companies to get me access to my units. Extremely thankful for her.
