The customer service is top tier. I’ve been renting storage space since September 2023 and when I’ve run into any issue Betsy has always been readily available to lend assistance. I started with a large drive up outdoor unit and downsized after having to get rid of some things. It was a smooth and easy transition. The ease of knowing my things have been safe is unbeatable. Betsy is a plus with care and knowledge as well.

I have been a consumer of storage spaces for many years off & on, but this particular location of Xtra Space brings a better sunlight of understanding of the cost factor and the late fees when, in fact you are caught in that position of additional cost for the month, the staff on duty, Miss Betsy is beyond awesome. She brings a brightness to the facility. If any of you are needing to go there they give deals to come in, but they give understanding when you’re there go and check them out and tell them Kevin sent you because she particularly is somebody you want to know.
