When I got there, one of the floor managers was very nice and everything was set up perfectly. When I started to unload everything, another manager helped me by telling me where I can park, where the dollies were, where my unit was and the best way to open it, and answered all my questions. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!!!
