I spoke with Miss Ginger over the phone and she was so warm and helpful and friendly as well as empathetic to my situation as to why I had to transfer units. She made the whole process quick and seamless! Ginger also helped me find a unit that was close enough by my old one, making moving all the items I had quick and painless. This is my third time renting a unit for 6 months and paying upfront for it The facility is clean, has plenty of options for all kinds of storage and space, and their rates are the best around for being a new facility, accessible, and temperature controlled. Would recommend to all when I can, and I do! Thanks again!!
