Alex couldn’t have been more patient and informative. I got the red carpet treatment and I was sold on the place before I even saw the unit because of his professionalism. The building and unit was as described online. An old building modernized and convenient.

This is the second year in a row that I have chose Extra Space storage for my daughter who is a student at Loyola. Jimmy is absolutely amazing to work with. Very informative and accomodating. Jimmy takes extra time to make sure the unit selected is convenient, the right size, and also makes sure everything is very clear on how the app works to open doors and access the facility. Great experience 10-star!!

The space is always clean and the prices are great! Tonight my wife and I visited to get our Christmas decorations. My wife accidentally locked her purse in our unit. Her purse had the car keys, phone, id…everything! Thankfully Jimmy was working the front desk and was able to help us get back into our unit where my wife was quickly able to identify her self as the account holder. Jimmy was super nice and professional and a joy to work with! Super nice guy and superior customer service! Jimmy saved the day! Thanks!
