Everything about renting this storage has been extremely easy. The gate was damaged to get to my unit and the workers went out of their way to make sure I could get to it easily. Very friendly staff, very clean space.

Efrain went above & beyond to assist me (even staying after closing hours to wait for me to get home when he noticed my ID was expired!)! After a driver almost killed me while I was riding my bicycle 24 weeks ago, every human kindness I receive like I did today from Efrain REALLY means A LOT!! (I can update re: the actual experience after a few months of having stored my belongings there, but customer service today, also from Ashley the Chicago manager, was fantastic!)!
