This facility is clean and the access is easy with parking. The office staff is responsive, organized and thorough. The temperature and climate controlled units are spacious. The drawback to this facility is the co stant monthly rate increases. There is no advances notification for rate increases and there should be at least a 30 day notification.

Pros: The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s clean and easily accessible. Cons: The rent increases every few months is tough on the pockets. I could understand a small increase once a year but not every few months.

Reggie was a tremendous help in helping me to understand the right size space I needed to house my apartment belongings temporarily. The facility is clean, climate controlled, and well kept.
