Staff was extremely accommodating. They patiently took the tine to not only explain the rates of different size units but walk me through to physically show me the different door sizes (very important) and size units. They had a friendly demeanor as if I were a family member. The Extra Space Team also immediately properly addressed an issue we experienced with a not so friendly customer who made some unkind remarks to my young movers. Extra Space Storage you have some Extra Ordinary Staff running the show at 615 Wabash in Chicago! Keep up the great personable work!

I'm very happy with the services I'm receiving with Extra Space Storage and specifically at the 615 S Wabash location. The facilities are always very clean, storage lockers are well maintained and insulated/climate controlled, and the facility feels secure. Management goes above and beyond to keep services top notch and that starts with Site Manager Lequnda Hill with whom I've had an excellent experience.
