Clean, secured, and dependable after hours for acces (6am-10pm) The rates are very reasonable and located in a very convent location. Both managers during the day shift are very courteous. The insurance packets they offer are very affordable although you have the option of using your own renters insurance policy as well, but they cover what your insurance company don’t. City workers given a courtesy discount.

Angie & Jessica really go out of their way to make the process as seamless as possible! They are professional at every moment, yet will take the time to listen and show that they care. The storage space is always clean because you always see them cleaning it. At the same time, I've never had to wait on hold for them to answer the phone. Excellent job! They are the reason I brought my business storage needs to 1301 S Cicero Ave, and they are the reason why I will continue to do business with Extra Space!
