Victor at the Harwood Heights location was awesome. I was upset they had me locked in to a 10x20 unit in their system and it was physically (2) 10x10 units right next to each other with separate roll up doors and locks. I emptied one of them and told him remove that one and charge me going forward for (1) 10x10 unit. He originally told me NO he could not do that as the system wouldn't allow it. I told him wrong, reboot the system and change that. He said I could physically move everything out of the single unit into a different single 10x10 unit, again I told him wrong, I have a bad back and I'm not even willing to do something so stupid in my mind, just fix your system. He called me back 30 minutes later after talking to a few of his supervisors and telling them how upset I was. He got them to correct their system and changed it for me and as a bonus he got me a lower rate for my 10x10 unit then I had previously been paying for as half of my 10x20 unit. Go see Victor at this location if you need anything done right.

Great place ,very friendly stuff ,always there ,clean place ,available restrooms,what is most important,heated !! Just switch from 10x10 to 10x15 ,I also convince my friend to move in here from public storage ..
