Super easy to reserve and rent a locker on the phone. When I stopped by the day before I was planning to move stuff in discovered a lock still on my unit. Aidan, the manager, took care of the issue quickly and got me set up. Place is clean and so easy to access my unit. I recently had to rent another unit for more storage due to a plan to move. When I called they not only were able to secure another unit in a size o needed but discovered a discount I qualified for. Excellent customer service. This facility is so clean and there is always a dolly available for moving things.

I lost my keys to my storage unit. When I went in Roadie Ric was super nice and helpful. He was able to get into able to help me get into my unit with a little drill persuasion in no time and sold me a new lock. Seriously some of the best customer service.
