Super easy to reserve and rent a locker on the phone. When I stopped by the day before I was planning to move stuff in discovered a lock still on my unit. Aidan, the manager, took care of the issue quickly and got me set up. Place is clean and so easy to access my unit. I recently had to rent another unit for more storage due to a plan to move. When I called they not only were able to secure another unit in a size o needed but discovered a discount I qualified for. Excellent customer service. This facility is so clean and there is always a dolly available for moving things. I’ve had to lower my rating. Facility is still great. Clean and pest free. My issue is the constant rate changes. Due to moving, I had 3 units at one point. Once I finally was settled I was able to consolidate into one unit. But throughout my stay here, the rates fluctuated on the different units I was renting. I just spent the past 3 weeks moving out of my single unit to locate to another one. I did stay with extra space due to the indoor facility, and the fact it is clean. But raising rates like they did was crazy. My one unit I consolidated into had an intro “special” that I knew would go up after 3 months. I moved into it late last year and after the 3 months it went up a small amount (about $30) to the regular rate. Last month i received a notice my rate was going up over $100! I went in to discuss this as online there were units like mine at the “special rate” I’m not blaming the location manager for this as it’s done by the business. But this rate hike was crazy. My unit was on the inside drive so I didn’t have to depend on a cart. The on-site manager said “they” offer specials online when there is a surplus of specific units (size and location) and increase rates on premium units that are in high demand. I did point out that similar units to mine are available at the special rate yet they were raising mine to a premium. Did not make sense. I had researched and knew I could get the same size unit at another facility for less than half the price of my new premium price. The on-site site manager looked and told me I could get the same lower priced on the same size unit if I moved to an interior unit (not on the drive). I decided to take that offer. I was going to have to move either way, but if they pull this stunt again I’m done.
