I recently started renting a storage unit at the Northfield location and have been very impressed with the customer service. I started my lease on the web and received a follow-up call to make sure I had all my questions answered. Upon arrival at the facility, Miguel was extremely friendly and wanted to make sure that I was all squared away and willing to help with anything that I needed.
