Climate controlled storage units in Wauconda. Easy to get to from our home, and the facilities are great. Easy to pull in with our vehicle, unload, and fill our unit. I LOVE that they have cars to use! Never have to worry about accidentally dropping something. Hallways are wide, and lights are motion activated. Always music playing too, makes storing things not feel like a chore

This place is clean, and accessible. Pricing is competitive when I compared to other storage places. The folks I've dealt with are all super helpful, friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Best experience with storage places ever.

Tom is ALWAYS such great help! Rented units here and other Extra Space storages as well and I keep coming back to this location, simply for the superb customer service as well as the ease of things verses other facilities who weren't as helpful in the past! Thanks Tom!

I very blessed by the staff at Extra Space Storage.. They have checked on my UNIT, more then regular walk thru. Caught fact I didn't lock my unit correctly.. your belongings are VERY SAFE with this staff..I have been a customer since 2017.
