Although I was only renting through ExtraSpace for two months, my experience was absolutely amazing. The store manager, Rebecca, has been nothing less than perfect. She has been accommodating and communicative. During the snow storm our unit had frozen shut and we were unable to access our things, within hours I had an email response and the next morning when I stopped by, it had been completely fixed! My experience been absolutely amazing due to the hard work of the store manager. Would definitely rent again!

The ladies that work here are wonderful and personable. This company has been wonderful to work with, reasonable in every aspect. They work with you, they don't want you to lose your items, they don't even take profit off of unit sales. Recommend 10/10

I signed up for a storage unit on-line. The process was quick and easy. I am absolutely amazed that I can use an app on my phone to not only access the gated storage, but also use it to unlock my individual unit! Very convenient !!

The best facility we have ever used! The gate app is so easy to use and the unit is clean and secure. We store our motorcycle and are in and out a lot. It's so convenient and state of the art. The price is great compared to other facilities. We are very happy! Thanks for a great experience!

Traveled an hour and a half to sign documents, and the facility was technically closed, but they stayed late to assist me. Great clean place to store belongings.
