My favorite thing about extraspace storage is the versatility of the customer service experience. I’m an older generation, and I am thrilled that when I go there there is someone in the office. There is an employee on site. When I call, someone answers the phone!! It’s delightful. And they are so helpful and so friendly and so kind and so informative. And if you’re of a younger generation and don’t want any human contact, you can do everything virtually! You can do literally everything you need to do online And on your phone and not have to talk to anyone! :) I feel safe there. I feel like my belongings are safe there. And the whole experience from start to finish has been exactly what I needed when I needed it. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to leave a review and send thanks to Isaiah for his Courteous and professional customer service. His positive energy helped to sway my decision about renting with extra space storage again. In the past I have rented storage spaces with them many times but due to the fact that they constantly raise their prices every few months which causes a person who is on a limited income to have to either move out or become financially crippled, it caused me to decide to never rent with them again. I went to the storage location thinking it was a totally different company and realized Extra space storage had bought them out. I started to run for the hills until Isaiah introduced himself. Sincerely his pleasant, patient and helpful attitude made all of the difference and because of him and his wonderful customer service, Extra Space won me over as a customer once again! ?????
