Had many bad interactions here but recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Leroy. Amazing customer service, deserves a pay raise. He is the most pleasurable employee working there that I have personally dealt with. Keep him, I will be keeping my business here as long as he is here. 10/10

Love the office staff they are reasonable people..I don't like that my unit went from $156 to $217 with a $41 late fee..that is a large jump...the units are clean though. Edit...as of today I'm moving my stuff this the 2nd time I've been locked out of my unit after making a payment..they have lost their minds as I saw 2 other clients locked out same scenario it is a 15 to 20 mins drive from my home and it was a waste and of course the office was closed and customer service was a joke! I left the 1st review right after the associate took my payment and they replied to the review but never unlocked my access code make it make since...

Overall it’s easy to rent a space. But, this particular location wasn’t really up to par. It seemed like no one cleaned it, there was always trash or people’s old belongings sitting out. And my things started to rust a bit and grow mold because the air circulation wasn’t that well. The Manager however was quick to respond to my concerns so I do appreciate that. I did move out but would try a different location if I ever need a unit again.
