I recommend extra storage space on Grant line road in New Albany Indiana. Spencer is a wonderful person and is exceptional asset to the company. He went out of his way to do above and beyond to meet my storage needs and answered all questions, even my silly ones, lol. He is very kind and professional. If you need storage space, for whatever the reason, this is the place to go. I have rented other units at different extra storage space locations and it is also proven to be an excellent experience. Great company great staff. ????????

We’ve never had any real issues. Once or twice we’ve had a problem with code/gate. Everyone at the New Albany location has always been helpful. My only thing would be the monthly rent fluctuates quite often.

I've never had any issues with storing things here, and any time I've interacted with staff, they've always been really nice. They have indoor and climate-control units, and lots of different sizes of units. The cost has gone up a bit over the last couple of years since I started renting a unit from them, so that's why I put four stars instead of five.
