Clean no bugs no rodents. Easy access and the temperature controled unit was always at an acceptable temperature. I rented for over a year and would have stayed longer had it not been for the sudden price spike.

After a fire at our home we needed a storage unit to store our belongings. The Manager, Zach went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. He walked us around and showed us the different sized units and then worked with us in renting what we needed. He is a very compassionate and professional gentleman. We can’t say enough good things about this storage facility and its Manager. 5 Stars isn’t enough praise for Zach and the facility. If anyone needs a storage place I will only recommend Zach and New Albany Self Storage on Grantline Road in New Albany, Indiana. Prayers were answered coming here.

This is one of the quietest, cleanest storage facilities I've ever used around the country. It's an easy drive from a couple exits off the interstate where you'll find gas, coffee, food, stores, and a Goodwill (if you need to downsize). It's a little out of the way but there's no foot traffic nearby. The area is nice and it's safer than other locations around Louisville. It's also just far enough from the river in case of flooding.

I used Extra Space storage for about four years. The staff was very friendly any time I needed to speak with them. The area was convenient for me and it was pretty clean. If you have a need to store anything I would recommend them.
