Great experience. We have had a climate-controlled unit for several months and have been pleased with the space and account. We needed another for a few months and my rental process was smooth. Manager Tim was kind, helpful and flexible with what we needed. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I was so disappointed. I rented a unit loaded it with my boxes wasn’t there three months and I received a notice that they were going to raise the price $40 the following month so we checked into another location and were considering moving that but then didn’t know if they would do the same thing so we decided to move out and I went ahead and bought my own Mini barn. When we Went to cancel our rental the girl then told us she could have given us a discount, which wasn’t that much anyway. I believe they need to work on their policy on rental agreement.

Reserving a unit was super easy to do online. I got all the information online to access my unit. The mobile app is easy to use and I can access my unit via digital access gate access. The only issue was trying to figure out the location of my unit but once we figured out the first two numbers were location and the last 3 were unit numbers it was really easy to find.
