My experience going into Extra Space Storage was scary at first moving all my things into a storage unit. But fortunately the sight Manager Becky walked me through the entire process thoroughly explaining how it works. She could see my apprehension and immediately set my mind at ease. She went above and beyond making the experience good. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone who needs to store their items. It's clean and well managed. And affordable. They have great specials like your first month free. So if your finances are tight I would suggest going to Extra Space storage. And ask for Becky, she is awesome. A real people person. Update: 4/24 , Another great followup with Becky and Michael today! They really went out of their way to help us out, they made a panic situation of a lost keychain and not being able to get into our unit seem like a walk in the park. Took all the stress and worry away and saved the day! They have been and continue to be stars that really care about their customers! We can’t recommend them enough! ——— Love Becky and her staff, they made the transition of moving so much easier helping us with moving to a place closer to home! She helped us find a unit just the right size mid small size and location close to easier access and hold it for a few days while we could physically make the move to begin our lease. We love the ease of the facility and the convenience of their office hours and the way she manages the facility with great customer service with a genuine caring attitude!
