I originally came in to inquire about changing to a lower priced storage rate. The gentlemen at the counter not only answered my inquiry but also made it possible for me to keep my current unit at a lower rate. Finally they gave me information on what next steps to take in the future. I have rented from a few storage places over time but this is by far the best in customer service as well as cleanliness of units.

Extra Space Storage is amazing! I needed to get into my unit but could not find my key today. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and assisted me without hesitation, even though it was during his lunch break. If you need storage space, I recommend Extra Space Storage.

Booking: I called and the reservation agent was fantastic. She was able to quickly help finalize my reservation. On site: We are from OOS and reserved remotely, set up when we would lock the unit etc. Showed up at the facility and the gentleman behind the desk was very helpful. He showed us where we enter, walked us to our unit and we had a delightful conversation. First time renting in Baton Rouge but had such a great experience in Knoxville that am thrilled to continue having a positive experience.
