My name is Lashica Jones I have a unit in 724 the experience was great up u til I had to file a claim in January 2024. I reached out to esis to file the claim over the phone. After 3 weeks of no response about the claim I called back several times between that time to discuss the claim which I was getting the run around.. I contacted the store before going in which I had a conversation with Ramon and he reached out to Mrs Joy about my account.. from the very beginning Mrs joy has been there with me.. she got involved because I was very frustrated about the account and the money that had to be paid to the company for my storage then I began to get upset because no one was reaching out to me out payment for my damaged things. So she assisted me with the account then gave me resources to get my emails to the right people and made me feel so comfortable with my frustration with esis.. joy has gon above and beyond for me throughout this whole claim process.. she’s very knowledgeable and very informative about my situation.. I’m so grateful that I had her with me the whole time she truly the best

I have been with Extra Space storage for a couple of months now. The facility has always been super clean. However, what started off as almost $110 with insurance jumped up to $160 for a 10x10 unit. I decided to go today and downsize my unit. Brandy was TERRIFIC!! She kept me laughing the whole time and tried her best to keep me close to my old unit on the third floor so I can move my stuff. Highly, highly recommend Brandy with any help you need!
