Yesterday we rented a unit from Extra space storage and we were extremely happy with Brandy who was running the office that day. The facility in Williams Blvd, Metairie was meticulously clean. Brandy could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She explained everything in great detail and made sure that we got a storage space that was perfect for our needs. She was kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we could not have hoped for such a smooth and efficient process. I highly recommend Brandy and this facility. We finalized our move today and moved out of storage. It was such a pleasure working with this facility. It’s spotless clean and the elevator is large.. The facility is temperature controlled and quiet with clean restrooms. It’s the best storage facility my family has ever used and the price is very reasonable and the staff are wonderful and so helpful. We couldn’t not have been more pleased and would totally recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage.
