I had the opportunity to store some totes and other items with Extra Space storage. The facility is very clean. I also had the pleasure of talking with Ms. D’Andra with exceptional professionalism, and excellent and exceptional customer service. I had forgotten my phone with my code and she informed me that it was ok, and that she could give it to me without any hassle. All my paperwork and lock was attached inside of my storage area. Latoya is very nice and really knows her facility. She took the time to show me the units and answer all my questions. The facility is brand new, clean and secured. Great location. Only thing is that they don’t offer WiFi and unit with power outlet.

So far, so good. I haven’t moved in yet, but D’Andra has been great! The facility is extremely nice. I hope the tenants don’t ruin that!

Fast, contact less, efficient process. D'andra called me within minutes of my online reservation and was able to move in minutes after. Very refreshing compared to other companies in town.
