Joanne made me feel very welcomed and secure with my decision to utilize extra space storage for my needs. I even left without making my decision just to find the other places wasn’t as welcoming and pleasant. So I called her and she got my lease Al worked out over the phone didn’t have to go back in! Her customer service is top notch! The place also seemed very clean and well maintained.

Joanne has made it so easy for me to store my stuff in this storage. From not having to come in the office to just sign paperwork !! Joanne is probably the most pleasant, and kind person I have spoke to in months on the phone. Her customer service is top notch !!!!! I do like how clean the place is.

There was a tornado warning In my area, I am a TowTruck driver who just loaded up a car around the corner. I pulled Into Extra Space storage parking lot to wait untill the storm passed. It was so bad I decided to get out and ask If I could hang Inside. Ms. Joanne was more than nice enough to let me hang out, even passed her time to leave. I was so grateful for her generosity.
