There was a wster leak in the cealing in the building adjacent to the office space. Lotnof books gor soaked. There were dead mouse in the same building. After the water i cident thwy have alloted a new space which was great.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal with a capital phenom! The space is very clean and the price was actually slightly better than the other locations. Burtonsville location is a hidden gem. Love, love, love Julie & Farid!! They made the moving process so painless.

Julie is the best employee I’ve dealt with in a very long time! She was so kind and helpful. I called in the day after I paid my bill because I got a text from Extra Space about my payment not being processed right. I was told to call back the next day but before I could even call she called me first thing in the morning to check if everything was okay with my issue!!! Best storage place!!!!
