Kat was so helpful with the million questions I had and Farid was super kind in assisting us with our unit. They made the process easy and understandable. There is nothing bad I could say about their help and I am incredibly grateful for them! I’ll definitely use Extra Space Storage again :)

This Storage Facility is run very properly. It is always very clean. I went in today to speak to them about my Payment for my Unit and both Kat and Farid were very awesome! I highly recommend using them if you're in need of a unit.

I have been searching for a storage facility that offers a clean and secure place where to storage my personal belongings. I’m moving from Rockville to VA, after talking and visiting several storage facility I decided to go with Extra Space storage in Gaithersburg Maryland, Kat O’Hare was outstanding, She was very knowledgeable and made me feel like she really care for my needs. I will highly recommend this storage facility to do business with.
