I walked into extra storage to make a payment and witnessed a customer arguing with Carissa about a contract held in his name for a deceased customer. As Carissa tried to explain to the man she could prorated his bill for 12.00 versus 139.00 sent to collections. I admired her professionalism and behavior as she remained calm as the man was screaming and combative. As the man left I praised her at her positive, calm and professional demeaner. Clarissa always goes above and beyond for all her customers and you can tell she really cares and this is why I've had my items here so long.

I came in looking to buy some boxes for my big move and the service that I got was out of this world. I never stored my items in a storage facility but Kevin talked to me and was very professional and informative about my options.
