My father passed away unexpectedly last month. And upon arriving to Maryland we found out there's an unlawful occupant/stranger staying in his home. (For context: This is the daughter of one of his deceased friends. This unGodly entity showed up unannounced at my father's residence less than 2 months ago and being the good samaritan that he was he didn't turn them away. (Them being the unGodly entity and their middle/high-school aged offspring) And in any way, shape, or form this unGodly entity is NOT a tenant nor a guest. There was never an agreement between it and my father, it never paid rent nor contributed to the household. We have this information on an audio recording that we all agreed to where the unGodly entity says such. Adding to the difficulty of this sad time she refused to work with us, has called the cops on us, and continued to be in our dead father's house as if nothing happened. And after doing independent research we learned it has a criminal record that threatens his estate/our safety. Security cameras have been added to the property and we found this storage facility to secure his belongings before anything else disappears. My experience I had with Andy and Eric from Extra Space Storage was extremely positive. They were sympathetic to our situation, excellent communicators who were great with following up and informing us what our options were. This interaction I had with them during this sad time reminded me that good still exists in this world. I truly appreciated their kind words and wish them nothing but continued success~
