Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. I was able to set up a storage unit on Short notice and move my belongings in that evening. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend.

Shamika and Cheryl are great to work with! Shamika also offered the carabiner flashlight for sale; get this for lighting dark spaces. It has a magnet on the end to stay in place, while you load and unload inside the rental space.

Cheryl was quite helpful and very patient with me explaining how your company policies are. This is the first time that I have used a storage unit. Cheryl was extremely helpful and has a pretty smile even though I couldn't see her face under the COVID mask. A big kudos to her.

The customer service is great. They called to discuss online reservation and again, after verifying the storage unit was still available. The female was patient and understanding while i was handling calls and work and givin her my information. The area is clean, secure, and the building my unit is located in is incredibly clean with no funky odor.

The customer service is fantastic: very professional, patient, kind, and easy to work with. The storage units have great access and the free carts are very helpful. The indoor units have great weather protection. Extra bonus: the lock for your storage unit works on your U-Haul trailer when you move out.

Shameka, the store manager, is fantastic! So polite, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable of her business. We had a high-stress move with a lot of confusing arrangements and she really stayed on top of it all and made sure we got the materials and unit solutions we needed. The spaces are clean and odor free (which I can’t say about other local storage places). I highly recommend working with Shameka, Cheryl, and Extra Space Storage at 22672 Three Notch Road for your storage needs!

Great experience overall. Secure facility, friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, and generally very easy access to our outdoor unit. Only "other" was that our monthly rate went up an extra $20 a month after the third month, which we weren't expecting. After discussing with the staff, we understood the price increase, just didn't like being caught by surprise.
